What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan, or your business moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted either way, and your booking page keeps working.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. You pay the monthly price and that's it. Deposits and card payments go straight to your own Stripe account at Stripe's normal card fees.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and any web browser, all with the same account. Your schedule stays on the device so you can still see it without signal.

Can I bring my customers from another booking app?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet of customers and Seatbound matches the columns for you. You can export everything again at any time.

What if I use up my texts?

Further texts that month are skipped and emails still go out, so you never get a surprise bill. Adding people to a Team or Business plan adds 50 texts each.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. There's no contract.
